Can I return or get a refund?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging. To start a return, WhatsApp us at +971 50 768 2480 or email hello@protaxbeauty.com. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Do you ship across the UAE?
Yes — we deliver to all emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. Free shipping on all orders above Dhs. 199.
